What opportunities
do we provide

On the projects, we create services and applications for the full cycle of product development, and we interact with the whole team in real work mode, as in companies and product startups.

The main goal is not to teach you how to write code, design or write documentation, but to teach you how to solve problems effectively, work in a team, let you try yourself in a new role or a position that you want to apply for in your company, but it does not give you this opportunity.

We provide not only this opportunity. You will also gain real experience and give yourself the moral right to reasonably apply for the desired positions.
While the team is working on a project, we are coaching both teams as a whole and each participant individually, identifying needs and growth points.

We also conduct trainings on the necessary techniques, soft skills, the nuances of working in a team, understanding areas of responsibility and increasing value in the labor market.

The composition of the team is determined by the nuances of the project, technologies, the capabilities of people in terms of availability time and the amount of time devoted to the project.

The team usually consists of:

We were on AI Bootcamp journey as a Positive Panthers team, of which Eugene Kiyanichenka, Maria Prokopchik and Viktoria Guriy were a part, as well as Anastasia Chechetkina and Anna Romanova, albeit for a couple of days. It was a great pleasure for me to work with such an inspired and intelligent team of people committed to the goal. Thank you!

And special thanks to Andrei Tarasevich and Olga Liubimava-Dzianisik for their support and creating an environment that allowed us to grow both professionally and personally. Can't imagine where else I can get such experience in such a short period of time.

The experience has had a profound impact on me, and as Andrei told us, 'you won't be the same.' I couldn't agree more.

I'm happy to share that I successfully completed AI Bootcamp! An intense journey of 1.5 months is over. I gained invaluable experience in Product discovery, using AI tools and some insights for effective teamwork.

Thank you Andrei Tarasevich and Olga Liubimava-Dzianisik for the opportunity to participate in this bootcamp, for creating a comfortable platform to work, share knowledge and experience with talented and passionate people 🙏 ✨

I am immensely grateful to Andrei Tarasevich and Olga Liubimava-Dzianisik for their contribution to the development of professionals and the IT industry as a whole. Help to keep up with the times by studying a lot of neural networks and their capabilities.

Thanks to the curators and voluminous methodological material, all stages were passed with confidence. The teams were selected in such a way that the work ran without delay. We learned a lot at the camp, but even more from each other.

If you are looking for opportunities for professional and personal growth, I sincerely recommend the products by Developmate.

I am happy to share my experience of participating in the AI Bootcamp program Developmate, where I had the opportunity to learn more about artificial intelligence. In just six weeks of using artificial intelligence, I was able to streamline my workflows in developing the logic and design of the Yujo.app and website.

Together with my dedicated and talented team Aliaksandr Kalesnikau Volha Sakharchuk Anna Romanova we went from idea to analysis and product development, and through our efforts we managed to get the highest score and take first place among the four competing teams whose ideas were just as beautiful and useful.

But did we stop there? Of course not! We are still working on our project and intend to keep improving our skills to make our app even more useful to users.

I'm grateful to Andrei Tarasevich and Olga Liubimava-Dzianisik for sharing their valuable skills and I highly recommend participating in Bootcamp AI to anyone who wants to expand their knowledge in IT field.

Throughout the Bootcamp, I was able to learn and develop essential skills in AI that have helped me become more effective in my work. I had the chance to work with talented and passionate individuals from different backgrounds, each with unique perspectives and insights. The collaboration and knowledge sharing among the team members were invaluable, and I learned so much from them.
I am grateful for the opportunity to have participated in this Bootcamp, and I am excited to take this experience forward and apply it to my future projects.
I would also like to thank all of my peers and instructors Andrei Tarasevich, Olga Liubimava-Dzianisik for making this journey a memorable and fulfilling one.

iOS Developer
On the project, I first encountered the processes that take place in a team. I realized that a good team is one that quickly adapts to new circumstances, realized the importance of regular process optimization, the need to work on bugs. I realized that the team must be in contact every day for the project to live. I was interested in the interaction of people of different specialties in one single organism.
Thank you so much for teaching me not to be afraid of LinkedIn! Lectures on job search gave me confidence and taught me the awareness of choosing a company. It was interesting to work on Kanban. In general, in principle, to delve into Agile approaches, although I perfectly understand what else to delve into and delve into)
I consider the organization of task management to be an extremely important thing that periodically needs to be reviewed.
It's really great, we had the opportunity to mow, then think what to do with it. As a result, at an interview with experienced programmers, I was able to find a common language and talk about approaches to supported iOS versions.

I'm excited that I got on this project. Thanks to him, I saw all the stages of work in the development of a mobile application. I met great guys who helped me start my way into programming.
During the project, I learned to work with such frameworks as: UIKit, Foundation, Swiftgen. Got basic knowledge of working with Git, as well as colossal knowledge of working with UI elements. Thanks to the project, I understood in which direction I should move further and what to study.
Катерина Климович
QA engineer
For me, this was the first practical experience in testing with a live team. Usually, I mentor but here I was a beginner. At first it was very scary, but thanks to the team, we somehow easily solved all the issues. At the end of the project, I got the confidence to change my profession after all. before that there were big doubts about whether it was mine.
Thank you for this chance! Thanks to employment workshops, I realized my main problem in finding a job - that you need to ask specific questions about work processes, ask what the employer expects from you, so that later there will be no misunderstanding and disappointment.
Andrei Khodzin
Back-end developer
While working on the Runar project as a back-end developer, I learned new approaches to developing the back-end of an application, strengthened my knowledge of using non-relational databases, and gained experience in creating a collection of data with indefinite nesting, strengthened my skills in using a version control system, worked out interaction with an independent the client part of the application directly using the API.
And most importantly, I gained experience of working in a team on a project from the development stage to its release, constantly being in close interaction with the project team leader, project manager, as well as with the rest of the team members, being directly involved in the full cycle of application creation.
Anastasiya Shpakava
Android developer
During my participation in the project, I learned how to work in a team, I understood the functions of each team member (namely, the interaction between PM, designer, developers, and QA engineers).
It's cool when you are not alone and you know that in a situation where it would seem, everything is a mess - I don't know how to do it here, your friend comes to the rescue :)
From an educational point of view, I mastered some of the Android application development tools that were new to me. In general, a cool idea, a cool project, and there would be more such initiatives!
Timur Radzko
Back-end developer
In the Runar App mobile application project, I worked as a Java Developer.
While working on the project, I gained the teamwork experience that every developer needs, which is usually not available in self-study.
This experience will help in the future to better interact with the team: UX Designer, Quality Assurance Engineer and Business Analyst.
Also, the work on this project helped to better understand the principle of interaction between the Front-End and Back-End parts of the application: in what format it is necessary to supply data to the Front-End part, the principles of building the correct API architecture in terms of architecture. The experience in tracking work activity, its analysis and subsequent assessment of opportunities in matters related to their direct duties was very useful.
Also, during the development, I independently studied and implemented several software products, which allowed me to grow as a professional and outline the necessary path for my further development.
